Salida en bici de carretera con mi hermano José, el único que nunca falla, aunque amenace lluvia. Recorrido dando vueltas cerca de casa para huir si se ponia la cosa fea. 60km en 2h 30 min. Sensaciones muy malas en las piernas y subida muy rápida de pulso. Creo que el no beber mucho hayer y el viaje a Andorra en autocar me dejo mas cansado de lo que pensaba. Ahora a recuperar.
